We recommend this place. It's a comfy and beautiful hotel at a good price. The staff are really helpful and very very helpful, giving their best to make the stay a real good experience.

My stay was relaxing here. The hotel was wonderful, with a great location near several restaurants, popular stores, and KU activities. A wide range of restaurants are nearby in Lawrence, KS.

This was my awesome stay for a 3-night business trip. The hotel was fairly clean with amazing staff and warm breakfast. The location was great and absolutely perfect, to Mass St downtown too, better than I ever had before now. What's more, it was near to wide range of restaurants nearby and Centennial Park on Rockledge street and Lawrence for a volleyball tournament.

Great location near lots of restaurants, activities at KU, and plenty of dining options around 🍽️. The USB charging ports are a nice touch. The staff here is fantastic - friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

The hotel's location was convenient and quiet, situated next to Centennial Park on Rockledge street. Many restaurants and the Merc Co-op store on Iowa street were located less than a km away. The rooms were stylish and modern with comfortable beds. The breakfasts were nice, hot, and offered a great variety of options.

The staff that checked us in was fantastic, he took extra time and kept trying my card because it said it was declined. He called Booked.net and ask them if it was something on their end and they said no. But he tried it after he talked to them and it went right through. One of the best check people I have ever dealt with. Was disappointed that you would have to pay for wifi unless you were an elite member.

Stayed at a Hampton Inn recently and had a delightful experience. The older design of the hotel was much better than newer models, and the cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. a nice and relaxing stay in a sometimes hectic world. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Under renovation and after an 9 hour drive I just wanted a dip in the pool and a soak in the hot tub both closed due to renovation.

The location was perfect for our downtown and college tours. We also enjoyed watching the KU Jayhawks beat the OU Sooners in a thrilling basketball game. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent service from the friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for our volleyball tournament. it was a reasonably priced hotel with all the facilities and advantages we needed.

The hotel could improve by providing more walking distance options for restaurants.

The person behind the desk gave us a good recommendation for a dinner spot.

The building was being renovated. Would have been good to know ahead of time, though it didn't really cause us any problems.
